Dear Community,I'm proud to present you the points system of Battlefield Bad Company 2. On this list you can find every single point and the action you need to do to get it.

As you can see there are more points for teamplay than in Battlefield 2. Additionally you get some more advantages when you join and play in a squad, e.g. spawn near several squad members.
This list should help you to find your way through the maps of BFBC2, together with your team!
Additonally we will do some "combo-calculations", you can find it below the list.

Examples & Combos
- You are Attacker: Kill an enemy on an objective: +50 (Kill) + 30 (Objective) = +80
- You are Defender, on an object you shoot an enemy down to 20% and die: +50 (Critical Kill Assist) + 30 (Objective) = +80
- You are Defender, drop 2 mines near an objective and a Tank with two players rolls over the first, then the second and get destroyed after: +30 (Vehicle Damage) +100 (Destroy Vehicle) + 50 (Kill) + 30 (Objective Kill) + 50 (Kill) + 30 (Objective Kill) + 30 (Double Kill) = +310
- Near an objective, you kill an enemy with a headshoot, which attacks someone of your Squad: +50 (Kill) +30 (Objective) +50 (Saviour Kill) +10 (Headshot) = +140
Other Tips & Tricks
- Mark the Objective. You get additional points when the objective is marked and one of your squad finished the order (attack, destroy etc.)
- Mark enemies. Even when you aren't able to kill the enemy, you get some points for spot assist. Additionally you helped someone else not get shot. Better than nothing, or? ;-)
- Defend and attack the objectives. A kill inside the object area is more worth than a normal kill. You can calculate 2-3 kills are compareable to a 1 kill in a zone!
