Yes, they do exist in reality. But they are very specific modified for missions, so there seems not to be a common generic type. The FAV (Fast Attack Vehicle) are similar to sandrail "cars". Examples: none found yet Similar vehicles: DPV: Desert Patrol Vehicles (appeared also in the movie "Three Kings") LSV: in real life there are also so called LSVs: Light Strike Vehicles, I don't know the exact definition differences between them for now.... working on it :)

Reality vs Games: Speed: in real life a lot faster than in games. Laser guided: NO. In Battlefield Bad Company 2 the Carl gustav can lock on a tracer dart, so you can fire it around corners, it follows a moving target. In Reality this is not possible. The M3 version has a special night scope, so a spotter can fire a tracing ammunition at a target and the Carl Gustav gunner can aim that tracer. But the rocket will fly a straight ballistic line, not flying curves. Shooting inside buildings: No. If you would do that in real life, the blast would come back from the walls and hurt or kill you and your team mates. Technique: As you can see in the photo, the barrel is used to rotate the ammunition to improve the flight stability. Because of this, the 84mm rounds don't need "wings". More: The Carl Gustav (also called M2CG) is a swedish recoil less anti tank rifle, shooting 84mm ammo.Battlefield Bad Company 2 calls it a "M2CG".The weapon was developed 1946. The M2 version was deleoped 19 ...

Wikipedia claims, the F2000 is the civilian version of the military FN FS2000 assault rifle. Still there are armies who use the F2000 assault rifle (e.g. Belgium if I am not wrong). So what is the real difference between these two versions? Battlefield Bad Company 2 uses this rifle instead of the FS2000, no idea why :).

Used for example in the games Battlefield 2 or Splintercell. The FN FS2000 is a "civilian" version of the FN F2000 assault rifle. The FS2000 has no slug for a bajonett (not used very often in civilian areas ) and is semi automatic only. This means there is a big bug in the naming for this rifle in Battlefield 2 .

This submachine gun is one of the most well known bullpop designed rifles. A very special design aspect is the magazine, it is located on top of the rifle, not below. See the videos for details how this works. The cartridge holds 50 rounds. Designed for a shooting distance of 200m, total range is 1800meters though. Differences between the versions: FN P90: original version FN P90 TR: similar to P90 but has a triple rail interface on top of the rifle. This allows to use standard attachments on the submachine gun FN PS90: civilian version: it does not contain the full auto fire mode

The SCAR exists basically in 2 versions:SCAR-H andSCAR-LThe SCAR-H has a 20 round magazine, the SCAR-L has a clip with 30 rounds. You can easily recognize the versions, because the magazine is different: the 20 round clip is straight, the 30 round clip is a little round like the one from the M16 rifle.
