Who uses this tank in real life?

The Black Eagle was never shown to the public, according to Wikipedia. In the 1990's, it was persumed, that this tank will become the main battle tank for russia, but russian army forces denied, that a prject like this exists.

If you check the internet, you find a lot photos (like the ones here), that claim to be the Black Eagle, but it seems, that all (including the ones listed here) are original or modified russian T-80 assault tanks.
